1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using VRChat Group Notify (the "Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension immediately.

2. Unofficial Tool

This Extension is an unofficial, community-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with VRChat Inc. "VRChat" is a trademark of VRChat Inc.

3. Use of Unofficial API

This Extension uses VRChat's unofficial API, which is not publicly documented or officially supported by VRChat Inc. As a result:

• The API may change or become unavailable without prior notice, which may cause the Extension to stop functioning.
• Use of the unofficial API may carry risks including, but not limited to, account restrictions or suspension by VRChat Inc.
• The developer of this Extension has no control over VRChat's API availability or policies.

4. User Responsibility

You use this Extension entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your use complies with VRChat's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• The content of all posts made through this Extension.
• Any consequences arising from the use of this Extension, including account actions taken by VRChat Inc.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not use this Extension to:

This Extension accesses your existing VRChat browser session cookie for authentication. It does not collect, store, or transmit your login credentials. You must be logged in to vrchat.com in the same browser for the Extension to function.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of VRChat's API or Chrome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Extension.
• Changes to or discontinuation of VRChat's API.
• Account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by VRChat Inc.
• Any content posted through the Extension.
